JWR is currently working with an independent gastro pub with rooms looking to recruit an experienced Head Chef to produce seasonality lead, creative menus utilising the best local produce available.
This role would suit someone from a high-volume gastro/Premium branded pub/restaurant background. The property is based in a popular area and loved by the locals, whilst also attracting those visiting the area and offers wonderful and classic pub features.
