JWR is delighted to be recruiting an experienced Restaurant Manager for a stunning brasserie set within one of Devon's most prestigious countryside destinations.
This is a high-profile role leading a vibrant, all-day dining operation that champions seasonal produce, relaxed luxury, and exceptional service.

The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will take full ownership of the brasserie's daily operation, setting the tone on the floor and ensuring consistently high standards across service, food, and guest experience.
Key responsibilities include:- Leading, training, and motivating a professional front-of-house team
- Delivering warm, intuitive service that reflects a premium yet approachable dining experience
- Managing rotas, labour costs, and operational budgets
- Working closely with the kitchen and senior management to drive quality and innovation
- Maintaining strong compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards
- Building lasting relationships with guests and encouraging repeat business
Requirements
You will be a confident, hands-on manager with a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail.
You will bring:- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager in a quality restaurant or luxury hospitality setting
- A natural leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- Excellent knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards
- Strong organisational and commercial awareness
- A calm, professional approach under pressure
