This is not a back-office role. We're searching for a driven, proactive Restaurant Sales Manager to fuel the daily success of our restaurant. The strongest hospitality businesses in 2026 don't wait for footfall - they create it. Your focus will be clear: keep the restaurant busy, every day, by building local relationships, owning our digital presence, and launching inventive, revenue-driving initiatives.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Driving Daily Covers
Take charge of proactive demand generation by strengthening repeat business while delivering consistent daily outreach to nearby offices, residents, and community groups. - Local Relationship Building
Spend the majority of your time out in the community, forming partnerships with businesses, organisations, and key local figures to increase walk-ins, group dining, and private events. - Digital Visibility & Reputation
Oversee our online guest journey - maintaining an outstanding Google Business profile, engaging with live guest feedback and creating shareable, guest-led content across social platforms. - Revenue-Focused Promotions & Events
Collaborate closely with the General Manager and Head Chef to design profitable seasonal promotions, time-sensitive offers, and event concepts that drive immediate demand.
What We're Looking For
- Sales-Focused Hospitality Professional
At least two years' experience in proactive hospitality sales, restaurant marketing, or business development within a fast-paced environment. - Target-Driven & Commercially Minded
You're motivated by results, thrive on performance goals and are energised by bonus-led earning potential. - Analytical & Adaptive
Confident interpreting daily trading figures and adjusting pricing, promotions, and service periods to maximise quieter trading windows.
This is a role for a creative, confident, and driven individual who knows how to tell a story, influence decision-makers, and ignite excitement around our brand.
