We are seeking an experienced Interim Director of Revenue to join a luxury hotel group on a 4-month fixed-term basis, providing senior commercial leadership during a period of transition.
This is a group-level role, requiring a strategic, hands-on revenue professional with strong experience across luxury, lifestyle or upscale hotel portfolios. The successful Interim Director of Revenue will act as a trusted commercial partner to the executive and operational teams, ensuring continuity, stability and performance across the estate.
The Role
As Interim Director of Revenue, you will lead and oversee the group's revenue strategy across multiple properties, maintaining momentum and supporting operational teams throughout the interim period.
Key responsibilities include:
Group-wide pricing, forecasting and demand strategy
Oversight of rooms, M&E and total revenue performance
Distribution strategy, channel mix and rate integrity
Budgeting, reforecasting and performance reporting
Coaching and supporting on-property revenue teams
Acting as a senior commercial liaison between Operations, Sales and Finance
Providing clear, confident leadership in a fast-paced luxury environment
The Ideal Candidate
You will be an established Revenue Director or Senior Cluster Revenue Leader with proven experience in luxury or high-end hospitality.
You will bring:
Previous experience as a Director of Revenue
Strong multi-property or cluster experience
Hands-on approach with the ability to deliver immediate impact
Availability to commit to a 4-month interim assignment
