Unique Luxury Hospitality Venue - Northamptonshire
Salary: £70,000We're recruiting an experienced Head Chef for a high-end, guest-focused destination. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for running the kitchen, inspiring and managing the brigade, and ensuring the highest standards are upheld across all dining areas, including the main restaurant and banqueting.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the kitchen team
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, maintaining consistent quality, presentation, and service across all dining areas
- Drive menu creation, culinary innovation, and operational excellence
- Manage ordering, inventory, and food cost control
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation
About you:
- Proven Head Chef experience in 4*/5* or premium hospitality
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, professional approach
- Passionate about food, guest experience, and team development
- Organised, calm under pressure, and standards-driven
