Central London | UK Cluster Role
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + 10% Bonus
Hybrid Working (1-2 days WFH)We are partnering with a leading international luxury hotel group to recruit an experienced Revenue Manager to join their UK cluster commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded revenue professional to work across one to two flagship London properties, with additional cluster support during holiday cover periods.
This role offers strong exposure to senior leadership, working closely with the Regional Revenue Manager and maintaining a dotted-line relationship with the Hotel General Manager at property level.

The Role
As Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for driving pricing strategy, demand optimisation and overall revenue performance across your assigned properties. You will play a key role in supporting wider cluster activity, collaborating closely with sales, marketing and operations to ensure commercial objectives are met.
Flexibility is key in this role, both in terms of working across multiple sites and adapting to business needs such as VIP visits and key commercial meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise revenue strategy for 1-2 luxury London hotels
Support additional properties within the UK cluster during holiday cover or peak periods
Implement pricing, inventory and distribution strategies aligned with brand and market positioning
Analyse demand patterns, booking trends and market conditions to maximise RevPAR and profitability
Prepare forecasts, budgets and performance reports for senior stakeholders
Work closely with the Regional Revenue Manager, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Hotel General Manager
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to drive total hotel revenue
Participate in revenue meetings, commercial reviews and strategy sessions
Person Specification
Minimum 1+ year experience in a Revenue Management role within London, or 2+ years if relocating from outside London
Experience within luxury hotels outside London, or 4-star+ hotels in central London
Branded hotel experience preferred, though candidates from independent hotels or management companies will also be considered
Strong analytical skills with a commercial, data-driven mindset
Confident communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders
Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable working across multiple properties
Working Pattern & Location
Hybrid working: 1-2 days per week from home (flexible depending on business needs)
Office-based days split between central London hotel sites and a shared revenue/commercial office
Flexibility required around meetings, VIP visits and operational priorities
