JWR is currently recruiting for an experienced Restaurant / F&B Manager for our clients recently opened hotel operation in Devon. The restaurant caters for hotel residents and is also a destination venue attracting guests from from the wider area.

As Restaurant / F&B Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the Bar & Restaurant as well as room service and events.

You will have experience within a quality F&B operation, and able to deliver, develop and maintain the restaurants standards and service whilst adhering to the Brand Standard, leading your team from the front-line ensuring they are trained to do the same.

As Restaurant / F&B Manager you will have solid knowledge of managing and delivering your P&L to achieve set targets and results.

The Restaurant is highly focused on sustainability, serving the freshest ingredients using the locally supplied produce

Required Skills:

• Experience within a quality branded environment preferred
• Hotel experience preferred
• Lead by example to deliver the highest possible standards at all times
• Responsible for the management of all F&B operations within the hotel
• Good understanding of P&L's with the ability to drive sales, control costs and train and develop a new team
