Working with the owners, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader to take full responsibility of a respected operation with a loyal customer base and strong local reputation.

The Opportunity
As Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the business, leading from the front to deliver exceptional service, consistency, and guest experience.
You'll combine operational excellence with commercial awareness, creating a positive and professional culture throughout the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Full accountability for day-to-day restaurant operations
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
• Maintain outstanding service and presentation standards
• Manage budgets, labour, and costs to drive strong financial performance
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
• Act as a visible host, building strong relationships with guests
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager
• Background in quality-driven hospitality environments
• Hands-on leadership style with strong people management skills
• Commercially astute with experience managing P&Ls
• Passionate about delivering excellent food, service, and guest experience
