Food & Beverage Manager - Quality Hotel - South American Regions - Up To 55k + Accommodation + Bonuses
Our client is looking to recruit a quality Food & Beverage Manager for their hotel near South America. The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within the hotel to ensure exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and full compliance with brand standards and local regulations. This role leads restaurant, bar, banquet, and room service operations, with a strong focus on service quality, cost control, team leadership, and culturally relevant hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Guest Experience
Manage daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service
Ensure consistently high standards of service, food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to feedback, and resolve service issues promptly and professionally
Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning that reflects local flavors and international standards
Financial & Cost Control
Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
Control food, beverage, and labor costs while maintaining quality standards
Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and supplier negotiations
Leadership & People Management
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise F&B team members
Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven work culture
Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and union agreements where applicable
Events & Banqueting
Coordinate and oversee meetings, events, and special functions
Work closely with Sales and Events teams to deliver successful banquets and conferences
Ensure event execution meets client expectations and hotel standards
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to local health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Maintain compliance with alcohol licensing laws and company standards
Implement food safety, sanitation, and risk management procedures
Qualifications & Experience
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in food and beverage management within a hotel or resort environment
Strong understanding of hotel F&B operations, cost control, and revenue management
Experience working in multicultural teams and diverse guest environments

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Language Requirements
Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese (depending on location)
