We're on the lookout for a hands-on General Manager to run a busy, well-loved independent venue in Somerset.
This is a high-energy spot with live sport, music, DJs, regular events, plus a solid food and cocktail offer.
You'll be front and centre - driving sales, keeping standards sharp, controlling costs, and building a motivated, happy team.
You'll bring fresh ideas, spot trends, and keep things exciting from daytime food through to late-night bar vibes.
If you're a people-person who loves getting stuck into the local scene - supporting charities, working with local talent, and building strong relationships - you'll fit right in.Requirements
- Experience running a similar late-licence venue
- A proven track record of growing sales
- Strong P&L and cost control skills
- Creative flair for events and promotions
- A hands-on leader who develops great teams
- Good knowledge of licensing laws
Salary: Up to £40k DOE + bonus
