We are recruiting an experienced General Manager to lead a well-established branded hotel within a leading national hotel group.

This is a senior, hands-on role requiring a commercially driven hotel leader with a strong background in managing a mixed leisure and corporate business. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the hotel's performance across profitability, people, standards and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full P&L accountability, driving revenue, GOP and cost control

• Leadership and development of a strong senior management team

• Delivery of brand standards, service excellence and guest experience

• Commercial oversight of rooms, food & beverage, meetings and events

• Driving rate strategy, yield, labour control and operational efficiencies

• Building relationships with key corporate clients and local stakeholders

Candidate Profile:

• Proven General Manager experience within a branded hotel environment

• Strong commercial and financial acumen

• Experience managing both leisure and corporate demand

• Confident leader with a hands-on, results-focused approach

• Able to work effectively within a structured, brand-led organisation
