About the Role:
Our client, a contemporary resort hotel in Wolverhampton, is seeking an experienced and passionate Leisure Club & Spa Manager. Reporting directly to the Hotel General Manager, you will take full responsibility for overseeing the Leisure Club and Spa operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a track record of driving revenue growth and enhancing business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a dedicated team within a hotel leisure club and spa environment.
* Drive sales and marketing initiatives to maximise the leisure club's performance including membership.
* Deliver exceptional customer service with outstanding communication skills across face-to-face, phone, and email interactions.
* Inspire and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
* Manage departmental budgets effectively, demonstrating strong commercial awareness.
* Ensure impeccable personal presentation and professionalism at all times.
* Utilise excellent IT skills, with strong numeracy and literacy abilities.
* Maintain high levels of organisation, ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks.
* Actively participate in hands-on operations, displaying a genuine passion for the leisure industry.
* Work a flexible schedule of 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
