As a specialist recruitment consultant within the luxury hospitality market, I'm partnering with an internationally renowned luxury hotel group to appoint an exceptional Learning & Development Manager (L&D Manager).

Reporting into senior HR leadership, you'll be responsible for designing, delivering, and embedding a group-wide learning and development strategy that supports operational excellence and long-term talent growth.
Key responsibilities include:
* Designing and implementing L&D strategies aligned to brand standards and business goals
* Leading management development, leadership programmes, and succession planning
* Driving service culture, guest experience, and luxury behavioural standards through training
* Partnering closely with General Managers and department heads to identify capability gaps
* Managing onboarding, brand immersion, and continuous development programmes
* Overseeing learning budgets, suppliers, and external training partners
* Measuring impact and continuously improving learning outcomesAbout You
As an experienced L&D Manager, you'll bring a strong background in luxury hospitality or premium service environments and a genuine passion for developing people.You'll bring:
* Proven experience in an L&D or Talent Development role within hotels or luxury service
* Deep understanding of luxury service culture and guest experience
* Strong stakeholder management skills with credibility at senior leadership level
