We're recruiting a Head Chef for a well-established branded hotel in North Wales, offering a varied operation including restaurant dining, bar menus, room service and conference & banqueting for 100 +

The Role:
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team, ensuring consistent food quality across all outlets
- Develop seasonal, guest-focused menus within a branded hotel environment
- Manage food costs, GP, stock control and waste reduction
- Maintain excellent standards of food safety, hygiene and compliance (HACCP / EHO)
- Work closely with F&B and Front of House to deliver smooth service
The Ideal Candidate:
- Head Chef from a hotel or high-volume background
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
