The Role
The best hospitality venues don't rely on walk-ins - they create demand, buzz, and loyalty. Your mission is to make sure this venue is talked about, booked out, and buzzing from day to night.
This role blends sales, nightlife energy, and brand building, perfect for someone who understands how food culture, cocktails, and social scenes collide. You'll be out in Leeds, building relationships, hosting, collaborating, and turning moments into memories (and revenue).
What You'll Be Driving
Creating consistent footfall across lunch, dinner, and late-night trade
Building strong relationships with local businesses, agencies, and nightlife partners
Connecting with foodies, cocktail lovers, influencers, DJs, and creatives
Driving private dining, group bookings, cocktail-led events, and collaborations
Elevating the venue's presence across social and digital platforms
Positioning the restaurant as a go-to destination for food, drinks, and atmosphere
