JWR is recruiting a Director of Food & Beverage for a high-profile luxury hospitality business. This is a newly created senior leadership role, reporting directly to the General Manager and overseeing two distinctive, high-end restaurants.
This appointment is critical to the ongoing development of a food and beverage offering where dining sits at the heart of the guest experience.The Opportunity

The Role
- Full strategic and operational responsibility for all restaurant operations
- Leadership of senior restaurant and culinary management teams
- Ownership of service standards, guest experience and commercial performance
- Oversight of budgets, forecasting, labour planning and cost control
- Close collaboration with culinary and beverage leaders to deliver exceptional, produce-led dining
- Accountability for consistency, compliance and presentation across all outlets
The Candidate
- Proven Head of or Director-level F&B experience
- Demonstrable multi-outlet leadership experience (essential)
- Background in luxury dining environments (essential)
- Experience within luxury or destination hotels (highly desirable)
- Commercially astute, detail-driven and confident operating at senior leadership level
