This senior leadership role carries full responsibility for golf operations, retail performance, memberships and commercial delivery, ensuring a premium guest and member experience while driving profitability and growth.Package

Responsibilities
- Strategic and operational leadership of a large-scale golf operation
- Full P&L accountability, budgeting and revenue optimisation
- Driving retail performance, brand partnerships and memberships
- Oversight of tournaments, corporate golf and major events
- Leading, developing and inspiring senior golf and PGA teams
Requirements
- Senior leadership experience within premium or resort golf
- Strong commercial focus across retail, yield and memberships
- Proven people leader with high standards of service delivery
- Experience of large-scale events and complex operations
- PGA qualification desirable
