As Hotel Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operation of the hotel, ensuring seamless delivery across all guest-facing departments. You will be a visible leader on the floor, setting the tone for service excellence while embedding a calm, thoughtful, and detail-driven culture.
The Hotel Manager will work closely with the leadership team, translating the brand's wellness ethos into operational reality-balancing commercial performance with a deeply guest-centric approach.Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily hotel operations across rooms, front office, housekeeping, spa and food & beverage
* Ensure consistently high service standards aligned with luxury and wellness positioning
* Lead, coach, and inspire department heads and operational teams
* Drive guest satisfaction, quality assurance, and service innovation
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control while protecting the guest experience
* Champion a culture of calm professionalism, attention to detail, and authentic hospitality
* Act as a senior operational presence, resolving issues proactively and discreetlyAbout You
* Proven experience in a senior operational role within luxury or lifestyle hospitality
* Strong understanding of wellness-led or experience-driven hotel concepts
