I am currently recruiting for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join a well-established, quality-focused country hotel and restaurant known for its seasonal menus and strong farm-to-fork philosophy.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up or an existing Junior Sous Chef looking to develop within a professional, supportive brigade.

The Role:

• Support the Senior Kitchen Team in delivering high-quality, fresh food
• Assist with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation
• Help train and support junior chefs
• Contribute to menu development using seasonal ingredients
• Ensure consistency and presentation standards are always met

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef within a quality hotel or restaurant
• Passion for fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced produce
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
