A leading and expanding hotel group is seeking a highly commercially focused General Manager to take full operational and financial responsibility for one of its key properties.

The Role - General Manager

As General Manager, you will have full P&L accountability, leading the hotel through its next phase of performance growth. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with inspirational leadership and an unwavering focus on guest satisfaction.

You will:

• Drive commercial performance, profitability and RevPAR growth

• Lead a structured business turnaround strategy, improving margins and operational efficiencies

• Deliver exceptional guest experience scores and brand standards

• Inspire, develop and retain high-performing hotel teams

• Implement clear financial controls and cost management strategies

• Build strong local market presence and revenue streams across rooms, F&B and events

• Report directly to senior stakeholders within the group

The Ideal Candidate - General Manager

• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager within a branded or quality independent group

• Demonstrable success in turning around underperforming hotels.

• Strong financial management and P&L ownership experience

• Commercially driven with a hands-on leadership style

• Exceptional team engagement and culture-building capability

• Strong background in guest service delivery and quality metrics

• Experience managing multi-department hotel operations including Rooms, Food & Beverage and Sales
