Director of Sales

Corporate & Leisure Group Focus | 4 & 5 Star Luxury Hotel

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Director of Sales to lead and develop the Corporate and Leisure Group segments within a prestigious 4/5-star hotel environment.

We are seeking a strategic sales leader with a proven background in luxury hospitality, who understands how to drive high-value corporate partnerships and grow leisure group revenue streams in competitive markets.

This role requires a hands-on commercial operator - someone equally comfortable building C-suite corporate relationships as they are negotiating complex group contracts and representing the property at trade events internationally.

The Role

  • Lead the Corporate and Leisure Group sales strategy

  • Drive revenue growth across contracted corporate, MICE and leisure group segments

  • Develop new national and international account relationships

  • Manage and convert high-value RFPs

  • Collaborate closely with Revenue Management to maximise ADR and total profitability

  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, roadshows and key industry networking events

  • Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing sales team

The Ideal Candidate

  • Current Director of Sales or Senior Sales Leader within a 4 or 5-star hotel

  • Strong background in Corporate and Leisure Group markets

  • Demonstrable success in delivering budgeted revenue targets

  • Experienced in luxury service standards and brand positioning

  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills

  • Established UK and/or international corporate account network

  • Dynamic, polished and credible at senior level
