Required Skills
- Sous Chef, or Junior Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant, preferably fine dining or AA Rosette standard.
- Strong knowledge of modern British cuisine, with a passion for seasonal, local ingredients.
- Leadership: ability to inspire, teach, sustain high-performance under pressure, and maintain consistency in busy service.
- Excellent standards of presentation, attention to detail, portion control and plating.
- Solid financial awareness: costings, waste control, stock management.
- Well organised, calm, proactive, and resilient.
As Sous Chef you must have proven experience in Rosette standard kitchens and above, with the desire to progress in your career at the highest level. You will be working closely with the Executive Head Chef creating stunning modern dishes in keeping with the identity of the restaurant, using the best local produce available in the area.
