As Food and Beverage Manager, you will take full strategic and operational responsibility for a large-scale F&B division. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead a substantial team across restaurant management, bar operations, events, and back-of-house service functions.
This role requires a commercially astute leader who thrives in a luxury environment and understands the complexity of managing extensive food and beverage operations within a high-volume, high-end resort setting.Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership across all F&B outlets
* Drive revenue growth and profitability across restaurants, bars, and events
* Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and service teams
* Ensure impeccable service standards aligned with five-star luxury expectations
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
* Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu innovation and seasonal concepts
* Elevate the beverage program including wine, spirits, and cocktail development
* Maintain strong supplier partnerships and manage procurement processes
* Champion sustainability initiatives across food and beverage operations
* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulationsCandidate Profile
The ideal Food and Beverage Manager will bring:
* Proven experience in a senior F&B leadership role within a luxury hotel or resort
