As Restaurant Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for one of the resort's premier restaurant outlets. Reporting to the Food & Beverage leadership team, you will oversee daily service, drive performance, and ensure impeccable five-star standards are consistently delivered.
The successful Restaurant Manager will lead from the front, inspiring the team while maintaining a strong commercial focus.Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all daily restaurant operations to the highest luxury standards
* Lead, train, and motivate a professional front-of-house team
* Deliver exceptional guest experiences and manage VIP clientele
* Drive revenue growth and achieve departmental financial targets
* Monitor cost control, stock management, and purchasing
* Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef on menu development and seasonal changes
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
* Maintain strong communication across departments within the wider food and beverage divisionCandidate Profile
We are seeking a polished and commercially astute Restaurant Manager who brings:
* Proven experience managing a high-end restaurant within a luxury hotel or resort
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Excellent financial awareness and revenue management capability
* A passion for fine dining, service excellence, and guest satisfaction
* Strong knowledge of wines and beverage service
* Fluency in English (additional European languages advantageous)
* A professional presence suited to a luxury international clientele
