This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Hotel General Manager with strong operational credentials and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
As Hotel General Manager, you will have full P&L accountability, driving RevPAR, GOP and overall commercial performance across rooms, F&B and events. The successful Hotel General Manager will lead and develop Heads of Department, enhance guest satisfaction scores and ensure operational excellence across all areas of the hotel.
The ideal Hotel General Manager will have proven experience within a 100+ bedroom property, a strong track record of financial delivery, visible leadership style and the ability to engage confidently with ownership and senior stakeholders.
