JWR is recruiting an experienced Hospitality General Manager to lead a distinctive heritage and hospitality destination in Cornwall.
This senior role combines full commercial accountability with operational leadership across visitor experience, hospitality, retail, events, and estate management. You will be responsible for delivering strong financial performance while safeguarding the site's cultural and historical integrity.

Package
Salary: £80,000pa

Key Responsibilities

• Full ownership of site P&L, budgeting, and strategic planning
• Lead all operational departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Oversee estate management, property compliance, and risk governance
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership and front-line team
• Report to stakeholders and represent the organisation externally
• Develop partnerships with local authorities, tourism bodies, and heritage organisations

Requirements

• Proven senior GM experience within hospitality, heritage, or multi-revenue sites
• Strong commercial and financial leadership experience
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans (essential)
• Relevant bachelor's degree (essential)
• Confident external representative and stakeholder manager
