This role would suit a hotel-based General Manager seeking greater autonomy, closer relationships with property owners and the opportunity to run a business without the constraints of a large corporate structure.

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a small collection of luxury, self-catering lodges in a truly stunning countryside setting . This is a rare opportunity to run a high-end, privately owned & rental lodge business delivering a true home-from-home experience to discerning guests.

The Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position for a resilient, commercially minded leader who thrives in a semi-rural environment and enjoys full accountability for site performance.

This is a fully accountable role where you will take ownership of operations, housekeeping standards, Health & Safety compliance, budgeting and payroll control, while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will also liaise closely with private lodge owners, ensuring their properties are professionally managed and commercially successful.

You'll lead and inspire a small team, drive high-end service standards, build strong relationships within the local community and ensure the site operates efficiently and profitably.

About You
* Experienced Hotel General Manager or Senior Hotel Leader ready for a new challenge within a high-end, boutique-style accommodation business.
* This role would suit a hotel-based General Manager seeking greater autonomy, closer relationships with property owners, and the opportunity to run a business without the constraints of a large corporate structure.
* Strong financial and commercial acumen
* Hands-on, resilient and confident making autonomous decisions
* Passionate about guest satisfaction and high standards
* Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with guests, homeowners, colleagues and local businesses

Please note: This role requires you to live locally, as no on-site accommodation is available.
