Hotel Manager - North Hampshire | £40,000-£45,000 + Bonus
A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Operations Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step into their first Hotel Manager role.
This charming 3-star hotel with 40+ bedrooms in North Hampshire is seeking a hands-on and commercially minded manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the property. You will lead all key departments including Reception, Housekeeping, Bar and Lounge, ensuring excellent guest experience while driving operational performance.
The Role as Hotel Manager
Overall operational management of the hotel
Oversight of Rooms Division (Reception & Housekeeping)
Managing bar and lounge operations
Driving occupancy, revenue and cost control
Leading and developing the team across departments
The Candidate
Current Operations Manager / Deputy Manager
Strong rooms division knowledge
Good commercial and financial awareness
Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality
