We are working with a globally recognised hotel brand, operated by a highly successful and reputable management company, to recruit a talented Food & Beverage Manager for a vibrant 4-star hotel in the heart of Central London.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic property that caters to a diverse mix of business and leisure guests, thanks to its prime central location.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will take full responsibility for the Food & Beverage department, ensuring seamless daily operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead from the front-driving service standards, inspiring your team, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects the company standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the smooth and efficient running of all F&B outlets

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a passionate team

• Driving guest satisfaction through attentive, personalised service

• Managing costs, budgets, and performance targets

• Ensuring brand standards and operational excellence are consistently met

• Collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall guest journey

What We're Looking For

• Current F&B Manager or a strong Assistant F&B Manager ready to step up

• Proven experience within hotel environments in the UK (London experience preferable)

• A natural leader with a passion for delivering exceptional service

• Charismatic, hands-on, and guest-focused approach

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Confident decision-maker with a proactive, can-do attitude

• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
