We are partnering with a highly regarded, independent 4-star boutique hotel in a prime Central London location to recruit an outstanding Assistant Hotel Manager.

The Opportunity

As Assistant Hotel Manager, you will be a key figure in the day-to-day running of the hotel, with a strong focus on Rooms Division and Front Office operations.

This is a hands-on role where you'll lead from the front-supporting your team, enhancing guest experiences, and ensuring operational excellence across departments. Given the independent nature of the business, you'll gain broad exposure and play a genuine part in shaping the hotel's success.


What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a confident, personable leader with strong operational experience:

  • At least 2 years' experience as an Operations Manager or Rooms Division Manager
  • Proven background in 4-star (or above) hotels-both large and independent properties preferred
  • Demonstrated success managing teams of 20+ staff for a minimum of 2 years within one property
  • Solid experience using Opera Cloud PMS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

Desirable:

  • Exposure to Food & Beverage operations
