Maintenance Manager - Hotel | North of Winchester Hampshire | £45,000 - 50,000 + Benefits

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a well-established hotel located north of Winchester.

This is a key leadership role within the property, responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation, safety, and upkeep of the hotel. You will work closely with the General Manager and play a vital role in maintaining high standards across all areas of the business.

The Role

• Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring effective performance and development
• Take full ownership of both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
• Ensure the hotel is fully compliant with all health & safety and statutory regulations
• Work closely with the General Manager on projects, budgets, and ongoing improvements
• Manage contractors and oversee external works where required
• Maintain high standards across guest areas, back of house, and plant/equipment

About You

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager within a hotel environment
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Hands-on approach with a solid understanding of hotel operations
• Ideally qualified in a relevant trade (electrical, plumbing, HVAC or similar)
• Good knowledge of compliance, H&S, and building maintenance standards
• Organised, proactive and able to prioritise workload effectively
