Sales Office Manager - Luxury Resort | £48K-£52K + Benefits | South of Basingstoke Hampshire

A standout opportunity for a high-performing Sales Office Manager to join a luxury resort hotel just south of Basingstoke.

We're looking for a strong leader from the hotel sector who can drive conversion, maximise revenue, and lead a busy sales office team.

The Role

  • Lead and motivate the Sales Office team
  • Drive conversion rates across all enquiries
  • Manage groups, events & corporate bookings
  • Support overall revenue growth and commercial performance

About You

  • Current Sales Office Manager / Senior Sales Manager (Hotels)
  • Proven track record of high conversion and revenue delivery
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Commercially driven and hands-on

Package

  • £48,000 - £52,000 basic
