Required Skills:
* Proven experience in restaurant management, ideally within a high-volume, quality-led operation
* A strong understanding of rosette-level service delivery and what it takes to maintain consistency at pace
* A people-led leadership style - calm, supportive, and clear, with high expectations and high care
* A natural presence on the floor, leading by example and building confidence within the team
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with strong commercial awareness
* A passion for service, detail, and creating environments where both guests and teams flourish

We are currently working with one of the most prestigious hotels in Scotland, looking for a Restaurant Manager their proudly independent and family-owned, multi award winning restaurant & kitchen team.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the restaurant - setting the tone, leading from the floor, and ensuring every guest experience is effortless, generous and memorable.
You will take ownership of the day-to-day operation, working closely with the kitchen, senior leadership team and front-of-house colleagues to deliver consistently high standards at volume, without ever losing the personal touch.
