Salary: £75 - £85k + Car

Our client is an established hospitality group operating a portfolio of leisure-focused properties across the UK. Now looking to appoint an experienced Operations Director to lead and evolve its multi-site operation.

The Operations Director is a key strategic role, offering the opportunity to drive performance, consistency, and innovation across a varied estate.

The Role of the Operations Director
Reporting to the board, you will take full responsibility for the operational performance of the portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring a balance of strategic thinking and day-to-day operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, support, and develop General Managers across multiple properties
• Drive commercial performance, focusing on revenue, cost control, and profitability
• Implement consistent operational standards across the estate
• Identify opportunities to improve guest experience within a value-led offering
• Lead change, continuous improvement, and operational efficiencies
• Work closely with central teams on sales, marketing, and finance strategy

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a senior multi-site role within hospitality
• Background in leisure-led, volume-driven hotels, parks, or resort-style operations
• Strong commercial focus with a track record of improving performance
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Able to balance strategic oversight with operational delivery
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and develop teams
