We are seeking a driven Hotel Sales Manager to join a quality hotel, focusing on corporate and leisure sales.

This is a hands-on role for a Hotel Sales Manager who can win new business, grow key accounts, and drive revenue across multiple segments.

  • Drive corporate and leisure sales performance
  • Develop new business and manage key accounts
  • Increase occupancy, ADR, and market share
  • Build strong client relationships and partnerships
  • Work closely with revenue and operations teams

About You - Hotel Sales Manager

  • Current or previous Hotel Sales Manager experience
  • Strong background in corporate and leisure hotel sales
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth
  • Proactive, commercial, and results-driven
