As Senior Operations Manager, you will report directly to the Founder & Managing Director, taking full responsibility for the operational performance of the business.
You will lead a team of 120+ employees, ensuring seamless delivery across a high-volume events portfolio while maintaining exceptional service standards and strong financial control.
You will:
* Oversee the delivery of 700+ events annually across multiple sites
* Lead, develop and structure a large operational team
* Drive service excellence, consistency and quality control
* Take full ownership of operational P&L (£4m+ revenue)
* Manage budgets, labour costs and procurement efficiencies
* Implement scalable systems and processes to support growth
* Oversee staffing models, logistics and event planning operations
* Collaborate with sales and creative teams to ensure operational feasibility
* Deliver regular reporting and strategic insight to senior leadershipThe Ideal Candidate
Proven senior leadership experience within catering, events or hospitality
* Experience managing teams of 100+ in high-volume environments
* Strong P&L management and commercial awareness
* Deep understanding of event logistics and multi-site operations
* Analytical, structured and highly organised approach
* Calm under pressure with strong decision-making capability
