This senior leadership role has full accountability for spa, leisure facilities, memberships and resort activities, delivering an exceptional guest and member experience while driving strong commercial and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic and operational leadership of spa and leisure operations
• Oversight of resort activities and guest experiences across leisure
• Full P&L responsibility, budgeting and revenue optimisation
• Driving membership sales, retention and utilisation
• Leading, developing and inspiring senior spa, leisure and activities teams
• Ensuring five-star service standards, compliance and brand alignment

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience within luxury spa, leisure or resort environments
• Strong commercial acumen across revenue, yield and cost control
• Proven people leader with a guest-centric mindset
• Experience managing complex, multi-outlet operations
• Background in memberships and premium service delivery
