The Role
- Lead and manage the restaurant team, ensuring exceptional service at all times
- Deliver a memorable guest dining experience in a high-quality environment
- Recruit, train and develop team members
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently guide guests through the menu
- Foster a positive, team-focused culture across departments
- Support wider hotel operations where required
About You
- Experienced Restaurant Manager or senior supervisor within a quality hotel or restaurant (at least 3 rosettes)
- Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
- Strong leadership skills with experience developing teams
- Excellent attention to detail and service standards
- Positive, hands-on and team-oriented approach
