A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bars Manager to join an iconic 5-star hotel in Berkshire.
This is a key leadership role overseeing a stylish and high-performing bar operation, including a main cocktail bar, satellite outlets, and wine service within the restaurant.
The Role
- Lead and manage a team of 6 bar staff across multiple outlets
- Oversee the cocktail bar, satellite bars, and wine service within the restaurant
- Deliver exceptional guest experience and service standards
- Drive quality, consistency, and operational efficiency across all bar areas
- Support training, development, and performance management of the team
- Work closely with senior management to enhance the overall F&B offering
About You
- Proven experience as a Bars Manager within a Luxury 4 star or 5 Star hotel
- Strong all-round knowledge of cocktails, wines, and bar operations
- Experience managing and developing small, high-performing teams
- Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional service
- Hands-on, detail-focused and commercially aware
Package
- Up to £40,000 basic salary
- £10,000 service charge (c. £50K package)
