This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong operator with a real passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences across rooms, F&B, and events.
The Role
- Lead day-to-day hotel operations
- Drive F&B performance across restaurant, bar, and events
- Deliver outstanding guest service and high standards
- Support and develop a high-performing team
- Work closely with senior leadership to maximise commercial performance
About You
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or senior operational leader
- Strong background in F&B operations is essential
- Experience within luxury or country house environments
- Hands-on, visible leader with excellent attention to detail
- Commercially aware with a passion for hospitality
