JWR is delighted to be working with a stunning luxury countryside hotel in Dorset, seeking a passionate and service-driven Guest Relations Executive to join its Front of House team.

The Role
As Guest Relations Executive, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and highly personalised guest journey from arrival through to departure.
You will:- Provide a warm, polished welcome and act as a true ambassador for the hotel
- Coordinate personalised itineraries including dining, wellness and on-site experiences
- Deliver full room and estate orientations to ensure a smooth arrival experience
- Manage guest profiles within the CRM system to enhance repeat visits
- Act as the main point of contact for guest enquiries, feedback and service recovery
- Work closely with housekeeping, F&B and wider teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Support daily briefings, events and seasonal guest experiences across the estate
- Maintain exceptional standards across all front of house areas
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and operational procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience within a luxury hospitality or guest relations role
- Naturally warm, engaging and professional with excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, intuitive and passionate about delivering exceptional service
- Confident using CRM systems and hospitality technology
- A strong team player who can also work independently
- Full UK driving licence (due to location)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak periods
