12-Month Fixed Term ContractAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced hotel events sales professional ready to step into a hands-on leadership role across two busy hotel properties?
We're looking for a confident and commercially driven Cluster Events & Group Sales Manager to lead a multi-site team, driving conversion and delivering exceptional service across meetings, events and group bookings.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous hotel events sales leadership experience who enjoys being fully involved in the operation, motivating teams, and maximising revenue performance.
What you'll need:
- Previous experience in a Cluster Events Sales, Group Sales or Events Manager role within hotels
- A hands-on, confident leadership style
- Strong experience handling meetings, events and group bookings
- A commercial mindset with a focus on conversion and revenue
- The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
