Assistant Revenue Manager/ Reservations Manager (Boutique Hotels, Central London)
Salary: Up to £45,000 + bonusThe opportunity
- Managing 2 small boutique hotels (under 100 rooms total) in Central London
- Independent, high-quality properties
- Strong exposure to commercial strategy and revenue function
- Salary up to £45,000 + bonus
- Senior Hotel Reservations background required
- Direct support to Director of Revenue
Assistant Revenue Manager
- Oversee reservations department at a senior level
- Work closely with the Director of Revenue
- Support:
- Revenue strategy
- Pricing / distribution
- OTA & GDS management
- Involved in:
- Inventory control & room allocation
- Commission reconciliation
- Monitoring market demand & London events
This is essentially a hybrid Reservations Manager → Assistant Revenue Manager pathway role
Candidate Requirements
- Senior hotel reservations experience (minimum ~2+ years)
- Experience with:
- OTA extranets
- GDS systems
- PMS (Opera Cloud preferred)
- Leadership exposure (team supervision)
- Revenue exposure is essential
