With a strong emphasis on quality, innovation, and brand consistency, we are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy.Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a hands-on professional with experience in hospitality or retail marketing, capable of managing campaigns across digital and offline channels.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns, including social media, email, in-store promotions, and local partnerships
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Analyse campaign performance and customer data to optimise marketing efforts
- Manage content creation, including copywriting, visuals, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with operations teams to support new launches, seasonal campaigns, and events
- Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and media outlets
- Manage marketing budgets and track ROI
- Lead and support junior marketing team members or external agencies where applicable
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-focused sector
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, and email marketing
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
