The Job Role
we are looking for a Passionate and driven assistant Food and Beverage Manager with a strong background within the 4 star UK Hotel Market looking to further their career within this luxury award winning venue* As assistant food and beverage manager, you will need to be able to demonstrate a solid track history within the quality hotel market across the restaurant, conference and banqueting and lounge/Bar areas
* Have great people skills and be at your best driving the business forwards
* As assistant food and beverage manager you will be Highly Organised, with great attention to detail and posses great communication skills
* Have a real passion for training/coaching and love the buzz of staff development
* As assistant food and beverage manager you will have strong commercial and financial skills and be looking to stamp your mark on this outstanding operation
* Working mixed shifts 5 over 7
