As Spa Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the spa, ensuring the highest standards of service, profitability, and team engagement. This Spa Manager position requires someone who can lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated team of therapists and front-of-house staff, creating a welcoming and tranquil environment for guests.Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all spa operations, including treatment rooms, wet facilities, and reception
* Drive revenue through strategic planning, promotions, and retail performance
* Lead, train, and motivate the spa team to deliver exceptional guest service
* Manage budgets, payroll, stock control, and KPI reporting
* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
* Work closely with senior hotel management to align spa performance with overall business objectivesAbout You
* Proven experience as a Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager within a luxury hotel or high-end spa
* Strong commercial awareness with a track record of achieving financial targets
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* A hands-on approach with a passion for wellness and guest experience
* Relevant beauty/spa qualifications (CIBTAC, CIDESCO, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred).
