JWR is delighted to be working with a well-established luxury coastal hotel in Cornwall, seeking a passionate and motivated Chef de Partie to join its talented kitchen brigade.

The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, taking responsibility for your section and supporting the wider brigade in delivering high-quality food across all service periods.
You will:- Run your section with confidence and consistency during service
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes using fresh seasonal ingredients
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
- Support the Senior Sous and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Assist with stock control, prep and ordering within your section
- Ensure consistency, quality and presentation across every plate
- Support junior chefs and contribute to a positive team culture
- Maintain high standards across restaurant, lounge and event service
About You
The successful candidate will be a reliable and enthusiastic chef with a passion for quality ingredients, strong standards and continuous development.
You will have:- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen
- A passion for fresh, seasonal food and classic cooking
- Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- A calm and consistent approach during busy services
- Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
