We are partnering with a rapidly expanding luxury hotel group to appoint an experienced Hotel Operations Director to oversee a diverse and growing portfolio of high-end properties. This is a pivotal, senior leadership role for a commercially astute and operationally exceptional professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is passionate about delivering world-class guest experiences.

As Hotel Operations Director, you will take full responsibility for the operational performance, service delivery, and strategic alignment of multiple luxury hotels. Working closely with executive leadership, you will play a key role in driving growth, enhancing brand standards, and ensuring each property consistently exceeds guest expectations.Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of luxury hotels
* Drive financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and cost control
* Ensure exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction across all properties
* Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers and senior hotel teams
* Implement and uphold brand standards, operational procedures, and quality benchmarks
* Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and continuous improvement
* Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and development teams to support expansion plans
* Oversee pre-opening and integration of new properties into the portfolioAbout You
* Proven experience in a multi-site operational leadership role within luxury hotels
* Experience of openings is critical to the role.
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering financial results
* Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Deep understanding of luxury service standards and guest experience excellence
* Experience managing change and growth within a dynamic organisation
* Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to balance strategy with execution
