* Autonomy to influence technology strategy across the businessThe Group IT Manager will take responsibility for the overall technology infrastructure and IT operations across multiple hotel sites, ensuring systems remain secure, efficient, and fully aligned with operational and commercial objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on and commercially focused Group IT Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Working closely with senior leadership teams and hotel management, the Group IT Manager will lead technology projects, oversee support functions, manage third-party providers, and help drive future digital development across the business.Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all group-wide IT operations across multiple hotel locations
* Manage infrastructure, networks, cloud systems, servers, and cybersecurity
* Support hotel operational systems including PMS, POS, finance, and booking platforms
* Lead IT projects including upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations
* Manage relationships with external IT suppliers and support partners
* Develop and maintain disaster recovery, security, and business continuity procedures
* Provide technical support and guidance to hotel teams and senior stakeholders
* Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement
* Manage IT budgets, procurement, and technology planning
* Ensure compliance with data protection and security standardsThe Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience as a Group IT Manager or senior IT professional within hospitality, hotels, or multi-site operations
* Strong understanding of hotel systems and operational technology
* Experience managing Microsoft environments, networking, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong project management and problem-solving ability
* Commercially aware and highly organised
* Comfortable working across multiple locations and priorities
