A stunning Country House Hotel in the Leicestershire countryside is looking for an Assistant Wedding & Events Sales Manager to join a welcoming, high-performing team and play a key role in shaping every couple's journey.

What You'll Be Doing
* Guiding couples from initial enquiry to their big day, ensuring every detail is seamless and personalised
* Taking a proactive approach to growing wedding sales and building lasting client relationships
* Supporting the planning and handover of weddings to the operations team
* Representing the venue at wedding fairs, open days, and promotional events with warmth and professionalism
* Collaborating closely with the Sales & Revenue Manager on pricing, strategy, reporting, and systems

About You
* Experience in wedding or events sales at a busy, high-quality venue
* A proven ability to turn enquiries into confirmed bookings
* Highly organised, with an eye for detail and a thoughtful approach
* Confident building and nurturing relationships with clients and colleagues
* Experience with systems such as Guestline is an advantage
